November Events in North Dakota


Fall is in full swing and since all roads lead to somewhere, it’s time to get out and about and enjoy some November events taking place around the state. Packing up the RV for a leisurely trip is the way to go with all the comforts of home riding along with you.

Grand Forks – Lions Christmas in the Park 2015 will get you in the holiday spirit with a drive through Lincoln Drive Park. You can enjoy this as many times as you like from now until December 31. The drive is open from 5:30 to 10 p.m. with a cost of $5 per car. The Lions Club will use the proceeds for worthwhile charities.

Fargo – Enjoy the twinkle and sparkle of the Holiday Lights at the Lindenwood event scheduled from November 27 through December 31. Take the drive along Roger Maris Drive to see the night light up with colorful light displays.

Minot – See your favorite craft items as well as new handcrafted goods at The Big One Art & Craft Fair on Friday, November 6, and Saturday, November 7. The event takes place at the North Dakota State Fair Center and features artists, bakers and crafters. Items include pottery, wood crafts, jewelry, floral arrangements plus tasty jams, jellies, candies, breads and more.

Mandan – Throughout the city on November 28, the holiday spirit is in full form, with Santa and Mrs Claus arriving at 11 a.m. at the Harvest Grill. The day is filled with hayrides, caroling, candy for the kids, hot dogs, and shopping deals.
